Vegan Bar downtown will be evicted due to COVID-19

Last week, Krudar Muay Thai was evicted by the landowner after 15 years in business. Another business will go through an eviction in the downtown neighbourhood of Toronto. 

Disgraceland, an upbeat bar with vegan food, is also getting evicted after 13 years of service. Similar to Krudar Muay Thai, Disgraceland told BlogTO, “I went over to the bar to see what’s going on. The locks had been and there was a notice on the door saying that we can’t enter the building anymore”. Staff are not allowed to enter the premises.

The landlord took off all the food menus and flyers on the car. Disgraceland posted on their social media that they will take legal action against the property owner. This is just another establishment that falls victim to the pandemic.
