JSL: It’s very fun to do creative work on marketing for sellers; and regarding sa buyers, touching when you help them invest in a big investment/find their dream home

JSL: To provide excellent customer service
FTV: Any specific challenge/s that shaped you into who you are now?
JSL: My father was always away working abroad as a seaman, and growing up we didn’t have so much money, because we were a big family, that’s why more mouths to feed, so I learned to strive and work hard.
FTV: How many siblings do you have?
JSL: I am the fifth of six siblings

JSL: By praying; I pray a lot

JSL: Sobrang daming trabaho

JSL: To manage my time well and delegate

FTV: What do your friends enjoy most about you?
JSL: I tell stories, I give them my time, I am open, I share my thoughts, I laugh a lot
FTV: What are the top two most important things in your life right now?
JSL: My relationship with God and my relationship with my husband
FTV: What would you say are your three greatest strengths as a person?
JSL: My faith in God which helps me overcome the difficulties of life, I am insightful, I can communicate well verbally and in writing.
FTV: Anong gusto mong matandaan ng mga tao tungkol sayo o papano mo gustong makilala?
JSL: Na napag-serbisyohan ko ang aking mga cliente to the best of my ability at tinulungan ko silang maabot ang mga pangarap nila
FTV: Kung hihingian ka ng mensahe para sa mga Pilipino sa iba’t ibang panig ng mundo, anong maaari mong sabihin?
JSL: Siguraduhin mo na anumang landas ang tahakin mo, na ito ay ayon sa iyong talento, passion at capabilities. At mag-ipon, mag-budget, mag-invest kayo sa ibat ibang investment instruments pati sa real estate.

JSL: Live simply, know your priorities; don’t live above your means just because of pride. Be humble. Let me borrow a line from theologian John Wesley “Earn all you can, give all you can, save all you can”
