Nemi Miranda’s Newest Works

Accomplished visual artist and art movement leader Nemi Miranda pays tribute to Filipino families working together in his latest holiday series.  “The Family that Works together stays together. A prosperous and abundant blessings to all in 2023. To all my dear friends and loved ones… All the best! Happy New Year!!

Nemi Miranda founded the Angono Ateliers Association in 1975 which strengthened the thriving art community in his hometown, with some calling it as the “art capital of the Philippines.”  He popularized and promoted the Higante’s (Giant’s) Festival in Angono. His works can be found in  historical places in the country such as in Edsa Shrine and at the parade grounds of Fort Bonifacio.
