Toronto to enter Phase 2 on Wednesday

Toronto and Peel are given a green light to move to Phase 2 this coming Wednesday after seeing a decline in daily COVID-19 cases.

According to government sources, the only region held back in Stage 1 is Windsor-Essex. The provincial government continues to trace outbreaks in the region targeting migrant farm workers.
