After two weeks of reopening bars and restaurants, city officials are warning roughly 550 people may have been exposed to COVID-19 at a Toronto strip club.
Toronto Public Health confirmed that an employee at Brass Rail Tavern, a bar located at Yonge and Bloor streets, tested positive for COVID-19.
Health officials are alerting anyone who has attended the bar during the dates of August 4 at 7 p.m. until 2:30 a.m. of August 9 to continue observing and monitoring themselves for any symptoms for at least 14 days as the following were the dates the employee worked.
People who have been traced to have close contact with the employee were immediately advised to self-isolate and get a COVID-19 test.
Today, Ontario reported 92 new coronavirus cases including 30 from Toronto.
