Millions have applied to the said federal aid program but Canada is aiming to help more residents struggling during this pandemic. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau included in his briefing today that the Canada Emergency Response Benefit will also be available for people earning $1,000 or less a month, people expecting a seasonal job that isn’t coming, and people who have run out of employment insurance since January 1st.
