Kitchener and Waterloo Hosting a Drive-through Christmas

In the month of September, The Lions Club of Kitchener decided to cancel their Christmas parade in Kitchener and Waterloo. Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the club doesn’t want to risk any locals catching any kind of virus.

The Lions Club of Kitchener arranged a new innovative holiday celebration. Locals are welcome to drive-by the Christmas decorations and Santa Claus in Kitchener and Waterloo. The drive through parades will be held in Kitchener on November 14 from 10 a.m to 12 p.m. While in Waterloo, it will be held on November 21 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. 

The club also announced they will be collecting letters to Santa Claus and any kind of donations such as toys for Toy Drive and food for the Region Food Bank
