Coming out of 6 winning streaks via knockouts or technical knockouts, Johnriel Casimero is preparing for a big payday. He wants to fight WBA and IBF Champions Naoya Inoue of Japan and Guillermo Rigondeaux at 118 pounds. In the past, both Inoue and Rigondeaux have won fights against fellow Filipino fighter Nonito Donaire, also a former WBC bantamweight champion.
“My dream is to win all four belts,” Casimero told The Philippine Star Newspaper. He is looking to annihilate the whole bantamweight division. He is ready to prove himself to be one of the best prospects in the weight division. He recently beat an undefeated fighter Duke Micah due to a technical knockout in the 3rd round of the bout.
A win over Naoya Inoue and Guillermo Rigondeaux will launch Casimero’s career in the boxing world. Casimero is looking forward to clashing with the best fighters of the division in the future.
