FBA NA: Little Shooters Own the Game

Basketball, as we all know, is one of the most popular sport that Filipinos love! The annual Filipino Basketball Association of North America Labour Day Tournament hosted by FAMBA Illinois has been held at Edward Hospital Athletics and Event Centre during the labour day weekend.

But the best highlight of this year’s league goes to the kids playing in the mosquito division. Events like the FBA has not only encourage on bringing together the Filipino community across North America, it also serves as a great way to motivate the younger generation to learn sportsmanship. The kids have become familiar of the rules throughout the the game. Hence, learning how to play fair and how to be coordinated as a team.

And sports is probably one of the most effective way of letting kids have fun while learning!
