Chadwick Boseman’s Remarkable Act Of Kindness

On August 28, 2020, Chadwick Boseman died due to complications related to stage III colon cancer. Before his death, he was a great role model to many and helped multiple charities and communities.

His fellow co-star in Black Panther, Letitia Wright, called Chadwick a “beautiful soul”.

Sienna Miller, a British-American actress, mentioned that Chadwick made a kind gesture towards her before he passed away. In the movie “21 Bridges” an action thriller movie, Sienna played as Frankie Burns, one of the main characters. At first, she was hesitant to accept the role because it will hinder her from spending time with her daughter and she was also experiencing exhaustion from non-stop working.

Sienna told Empire a British film magazine, “I’ll do it if I’m compensated in the right way.”

Chadwick, the producer of “21 Bridges” was a big fan of Sienna’s career. In an industry where women are compensated unfairly, Chadwick fought for Sienna. He guaranteed she will receive higher earnings. Fact is, he gave up a good chunk of his salary to ensure that Sienna’s wage was equitable.

“That kind of thing just doesn’t happen. He said, ‘You’re getting paid what you deserve and what you’re worth.’ It’s just unfathomable to imagine another man in that town behaving that graciously or respectfully.” Sienna was surprised by Chadwick’s selfless act and altruism.
